The Candle Lighting Ceremony
The official candle lighting ceremony will take place Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 5:00pm at the President’s Residence in Jerusalem. The ceremony will be hosted by the President of the State of Israel.
The National Memorial Ceremony
The official memorial service for Lea and Yitzhak Rabin, z”l, will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 3:00pm at Mt. Herzl in Jerusalem. Attending the service will be the Rabin family, the President of the State of Israel, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Knesset, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel, Ministers, Members of Knesset, friends and guests.
The Knesset Memorial Service
A special session of the Knesset will convene Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 5:00pm at the Knesset Building in Jerusalem.
